Vehicle Condition
- Factors such as pet hair, sand, heavy soiling/staining, moss, sap, tar, and hard water spots add considerable time to the detailing process and may be subject to additional fees.
- Our paint decontamination process utilizes clay and/or iron remover to remove light surface contaminants but will not remove damage caused by bird droppings, bug guts, and hard water minerals that have already etched into the finish.
- Polishing to remove swirls, light scratches, heavy water spots, or oxidation are not included in any detailing package, but is available as an add-on service based on the condition of the paint.
- We don’t offer paint & body shop services such as paint touch-up, rock chip repair, or dent removal.
- Due to environmental concerns, we cannot wash excessively muddy vehicles or clean out contaminated trucks beds.
